Assistant Property Manager (Menomonee Falls) –

Local Management Company is looking for applicants that are friendly and love to work in a team based atmosphere. Our Assistant Property Manager position is available specifically for three beautiful communities within the Menomonee Falls area. We are looking for applicants who are interested in living on-site or who are currently located within the area.
Applicants should be well organized and detail oriented, as well as possess strong multitasking and time management skills. Must have the ability to adapt to and perform in a fast paced environment, as well as possess strong problem solving skills.
Prior property management or leasing agent experience preferred.
Responsibilities include: leasing, resident relations, rent collection, showing and renting apartments, inspecting properties, answering calls, overseeing contractors, minor maintenance and more.
Applicants must have reliable transportation.
