ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS

We are looking for applicants who are friendly and love to work in a team-based atmosphere. Our Assistant Property Manager position is available specifically for an individual to assist at Cameron Heights Apartments In Menomonee Falls. This position could also evolve into a floating position within the Menomonee Falls area. We are looking for applicants who are interested in living on-site or who are currently located within the area.

Applicants should be well organized and detail oriented, as well as possess strong multitasking and time management skills. Must have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment, as well as possess strong problem solving skills.

401K with company match after 1 year of employment. Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Prior property management or leasing agent experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include: Leasing, resident relations, rent collection, showing and renting apartments, inspecting properties, answering calls, overseeing contractors, minor maintenance and more. Applicants must have reliable transportation.

PART-TIME ACCOUNTANT

Morgenson Realty Co. Inc. is looking for a part-time Accountant who can work 20-32 hours per week. Office located in Delafield. This position is a FUN, FAST paced environment in a family owned company. Experience and or Associate Degree in Accounting with knowledge of payroll, QuickBooks and Excel is required. The individual must have a high level of accuracy, detail oriented, dependable and able to troubleshoot and solve basic computer challenges. The applicant must have great problem solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. Great communication skills are a must. 401K with company match after 1 year of employment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Bookkeeper Position available:

Morgenson Realty Co. Inc., specializing in upscale apartment management, located in Delafield is looking for a bookkeeper who can work 32-40 hours per week. The position is within a family-owned company that cares for their employees. The applicant must have a high level of accuracy, be detail-oriented, dependable with problem-solving skills and computer challenges. 2 years of experience and/or an Associates Degree in Accounting with knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll is required. Great communication skills are a must. Company participation with the employee in a 401k and vacation after 1 year of employment.
