Property Manager Lead - Hidden Ponds, Pewaukee
We are looking for applicants who are friendly and love to work in a team-based atmosphere. Our Property Manager Lead position is available specifically for an individual to oversee and manage our property in Pewaukee. We are looking for applicants who are interested in living on-site or who are currently located within 15 minutes of the area.
Applicants should be well-organized and detail-oriented, as well as possess strong multitasking and time management skills. Must have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment, as well as possess strong problem-solving skills.
Prior property management or leasing agent experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include: Leasing, resident relations, rent collection, showing and renting apartments, inspecting properties, answering calls, overseeing contractors, minor maintenance, and more.
Applicants must have reliable transportation.
