We turned in a maintenence request about two weeks ago because our screen door to the patio is off the track. We cannot get it back on track, and do not want to break it. With the weather, it would be nice to be able to open the sliding door to get some air in here. Please fix this asap so we can turn off our air conditioning.

1. The toilet in the master bedroom no longer flushes.. something is wrong with the handle.. 2. The closet door in the other bedroom still does not close. 3. The sliding screen door is still off track. thanks

Hello-- The toilet in the master bedroom is again not working properly. Now the handle is coming off making it very hard to flush. I have to take it apart to flush every time. Also the right door in the closet in the second bedroom still does not close. Thanks!!

The screen on our sliding door from the living room to the patio is off the track. This has been fixed in the past, but has never worked properly. It is now "stuck" open. Thank you!

1)My kitchen faucet is leaking around the base. 2)In my 2nd bedroom/master suite w/bath there is mold starting around the window and I believe this to be coming from the high humidity levels because my dryer vents right into the unit. I would really like to see this changed because it is very inefficient in the summer months when trying to keep the unit cool and dry during high heat periods. Can this be changed? I really hope so?

The elevator door is starting to make a 'metal on metal' grinding noise as the doors move. First noticed it yesterday. I suggest you have it checked out to avoid a costly repair.
